Your Service Has Been Suspended
Why has my account been suspended?
Unfortunately sometimes we are forced to suspend our clients accounts. Usually it is because of one of these two reasons...
- Billing
If your credit card payment was declined or your account is delinquent. If the issue isn't resolved within 7 days we will have to suspend the account. If your account is suspended for two weeks we will terminate your account and delete your files.
- Security Issues
If your account is running a vulnerable script or has been compromised we will suspend your account to protect you and our other clients from any further damage. After we get in contact with you we will release the account to your IP address so you can upgrade any and all scripts that caused these issues.
